Asia-Pacific Consultancy Performance Index: 2026 Shortlist
Index Champions will be revealed at the Earned First Asia-Pacific Awards in Singapore on 6 October.
We're happy to reveal the shortlist of leading consultancies identified by Earned First's second Asia-Pacific Consultancy Performance Index, which aims to benchmark and recognise the industry's most impactful and innovative PR firms. We saw a significant increase in entries this year, with more than 60 consultancies submitting their credentials, data and other key information, helping us throughly assess the state of play among PR firms across the Asia-Pacific region.
Shortlisted consultanices have been grouped according to the geographic and excellence categories featured below. One Index Champion for each category will be revealed and awarded at the Earned First Awards reception, taking place in Singapore on 6 October, one day before PRAXIS Asia-Pacific.
The shortlist revealed below follows evaluation of firms across five key performance areas: Business Performance (25%) | Creative Impact & Client Outcomes (25%) | Innovation & Thought Leadership (20%) | Talent & Culture (20%) | Industry Leadership (10%).
Talent & Culture scores, in particular, have been heavily weighted towards those firms that participated in Earned First's Workplace Monitor, an employee experience survey which drew participation from multiple consultancies.
Scorecards for shortlisted consultancies will be published after PRAXIS Asia-Pacific, examining each firm's performance as per the above criteria. As ever, we're incredibly thankful for the support the industry has provided for this initiative, along with the transparency and insights that help us better understand and benchmark what truly drives consultancy success in an era of immense change.
