Finn Partners acquires Australia's Honner
Finn's acquisition of the financial and corporate comms agency marks the independent firm's expansion into the Australian market.
Finn Partners has acquired Honner, a 25-person financial and corporate communications agency based in Sydney, marking the independent firm's first office in the Australian market.
The deal extends Finn's Asia-Pacific footprint to Sydney and Melbourne, taking its global office count to 37 and Asia-Pacific headcount to approximately 250. The agency will operate as "Honner, A Finn Partners Company."
Finn Partners CEO Peter Finn confirmed there would be no change in Honner's leadership, and that the acquired firm would eventually transition to the Finn Partners branding. "We don't want people to view us as a holding company," said Finn. "We're not a holding company. We're an agency."
