Ex-Sodali leaders establish capital markets advisory firm
Alleato opens with 35 people across three Australian cities and a focus on protecting and growing enterprise value.
Christian Sealey and Sean Langdon have launched Alleato, an Australian capital markets advisory firm that is planning to expand into Japan, Korea and Hong Kong within the next year.
The leadership duo have established the new consultancy after departing Sodali & Co (formerly Morrow Sodali), where Sealey was CEO international and Langdon was senior MD. They have also attracted a number of strategic advisors for a firm that already counts 35 staffers and 30 active client mandates.
