Indian agency collective expands with On Purpose investment
Zach James and Rishi Seth have made a significant investment in Girish Balachandran's On Purpose, adding the firm to an emerging Indian collective alongside The PRactice.
Zachariah James and Rishi Seth have made a significant investment in Girish Balachandran's On Purpose, creating a formal collaboration with The PRactice — the independent PR firm that the duo backed in 2024.
Much like James and Seth's investment in The PRactice, the duo will aim to strengthen On Purpose's leadership depth and operating model. "I'm getting some serious help to strengthen what we've built so far and really scale our capabilities and client solutions," said Balachandran, who founded On Purpose in 2017.
