Mainardo de Nardis steps down as Edelman president & COO

Mainardo de Nardis is stepping down as Edelman's global president and chief operating officer, Earned First can reveal, after less than a year in the role.

Reporting to CEO Richard Edelman, de Nardis succeeded Matt Harrington in October 2025, taking on responsibility for Edelman's operations, large clients, geographies and integration. He will remain a board member for the DJE Holdings parent group, a position he has held for more than five years.
