SEC Newgate launches in Japan
Ex-Teneo MD joins to help firm support Japanese and international clients amid corporate and geopolitical upheaval.
SEC Newgate has expanded its Asia-Pacific network with the opening of an office in Tokyo led by Mai Mizuta as managing partner.
The firm will offer corporate affairs support to Japanese and multinational businesses including financial institutions and private equity companies. Services will include reputation and crisis management, financial and cross-border M&A communications, stakeholder engagement, and shareholder activism defence.
