Shashikanth Someshwar takes charge of Weber Shandwick India following the exit of Valerie Pinto earlier this year.

Weber Shandwick has named Shashikanth Someshwar as India CEO, Earned First can reveal, elevating the 10-year agency veteran from his existing role as a managing director.

Someshwar takes charge of a team of more than 150 people across Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru, serving as one of Weber Shandwick’s fastest-growing markets in Asia-Pacific.
