Samer El Hachem has been named president of APCO MENA, with longtime regional leader Mamoon Sbeih taking on new roles as chief international business development officer and regional chairman.

El Hachem takes on the top position after spending the past four years as deputy president and COO of APCO MENA. In addition, Faten AlMasri is promoted to deputy president from her previous role as executive director, after more than a decade with the firm.
