FGS Global expands Asian PA offering with ex-Global Counsel hires
The KKR-owned consultancy has recruited several former Global Counsel executives in Singapore, where it is also installing new leadership.
FGS Global has moved quickly in the wake of Global Counsel's collapse, recruiting several of the firm's Asia-based executives to expand its public affairs offering in the region, Earned First can reveal.
According to sources familiar with the situation and confirmed by LinkedIn movements, FGS Global has snapped up former Global Counsel Asia director and Singapore head Andrew Yeo, who takes on the role of global policy partner at the KKR-owned communications consultancy, with an Asia-wide remit.
Yeo will be joined by four former Global Counsel colleagues, including associate directors Brendan Pinto and Dedi Dinarto. In addition Earned First understands that FGS Global's Singapore operation will now be led by Harry Florry, a capital markets and IR specialist who moves from Hong Kong to succeed Iain Twine.
