Omar Qirem to depart Edelman Middle East
Edelman's Middle East CEO is leaving after more than seven years in charge.
Edelman's Omar Qirem is leaving the firm, Earned First can reveal, after seven years as CEO of its Middle East operations.
Qirem rejoined Edelman in 2018, helping to stabilise the firm and restore growth. Under his oversight, Edelman Middle East emerged as one of the firm's geographic bright spots, trebling in five years and growing 29% in 2024 to become its second-largest EMEA market after the UK.
