Three weeks to go: PRAXIS Asia-Pacific in Singapore
Headline speakers from Airbus, Temasek, Nissan, the Singapore Institute of Directors, Mastercard, Syfe and Shiseido will examine what it takes to turn access into authority, as PRAXIS Asia-Pacific returns to Singapore on 7 October.
In just three weeks, the acclaimed PRAXIS Asia-Pacific Summit returns to Singapore's National Gallery on 7 October, following a sold-out debut last year.
This year's edition brings together senior leaders, global CEOs, and regional innovators under the theme The Earned Imperative. Join our movement to elevate communications as a strategic driver across Asia-Pacific.
Programme highlights include:
- Why CMOs and CCOs Must Earn Together - Barby Siegel (Zeno), Kushal Manupati, (Syfe), and Barkha Patel-Zinzuwadia (Mastercard) on where marketing and comms worlds are converging and competing: reporting lines, value and the newly contested ground of GEO.
- Comms in the Boardroom - Andrew Nicholls (CARMA), Emily Poon (Singapore Institute of Directors) and Stephen Forshaw (Airbus) on what it takes to earn a durable seat at the table, and what CCOs must bring once they are in the room.
- Communications in Transformation: Influence, AI, and the Fight for a Seat at the Table - Elan Shou (Ruder Finn), Lavanya Wadgaonkar (Nissan Motor Corporation) and Lena Goh (Temasek) on closing the gap between strategic reputation and actual influence, underpinned by our Transformation Study with IPR and Ruder Finn.
- Earned, Rewired - In conversation with Pia Tyagi (Shiseido), Nitin Mantri (We.Communications) presents the latest Future of Communications findings, revealing what the convergence of earned and influence means for stakeholder engagement across the region.
- The Importance of Cultural Intelligence in the Age of AI - Agung S. Ongko (Finn Partners), Bella Ling-Nair (Edwards Lifesciences), Dr Bridget Tracy Tan (Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts) and Phloeun Prim (Living Arts International) on why human insight becomes the advantage when AI makes information universal.
- Authentic or Awkward: The Line Between Cultural Relevance and Cultural Cosplay - Bea Mantecon (Foxmont Capital Partners), Jasmeet Kaur (Kaur Advisory), Siew Ting Foo (Soul for Profit Advisory) and Isabelle Demaude (The Hoffman Agency) will examine what real cultural intelligence looks like in practice.
- Reputation in the C-Suite - Sandpiper CEO Emma Smith on why reputation is no longer the CCO's problem alone, and what that demands of everyone else in the C-suite.
- How Trust in Tech is Earned, Lost, and Rebuilt - Ashutosh Awasthi (Kadence International) and Umaporn Whittaker-Thompson (Vero) explore the Southeast Asia Consumer Tech Trust Score, built across six markets and more than 3,000 consumers.
- The Trust We Build: Country Perceptions, Cultural Impact and the Rise of the Chief Trust Officer - Zsofia Balatoni (Rothman & Roman Group) closes the day with results from long-running research on how Asian countries are perceived via their brands, and why this calls for communicators to think like chief trust officers.
Also including a breakout session from Burson:
- From Signals to Strategy: Burson Intelligence in Action - this session will debut Burson Intelligence in action — a live demonstration of how Burson is using AI and advanced technology to help brands understand reputation, navigate influence, and make smarter decisions. A separate sign-up is required.
🏆 The evening before, on 6 October, the inaugural Earned First Awards Asia-Pacific are presented at Cool Cats. The two-hour cocktail reception recognises work that solves business problems and builds trust in complex environments, alongside our Consultancy Performance Index Champions. Tickets are separate, with a combo rate available.
